WELCOME DAWN!
A
special welcome to our new Organist/ Choir Director!!!
We are so glad to report that Dawn Cordasco, our new
Organist/Choir Director, is ready to begin ministry at Osceola
on July 1st, 2008. Previously she has played and led
the choir at Belford (her home town) United Methodist Church for
3-1/2 years. She is completing her first year of teaching in
the Perth Amboy Public Schools as a K-4 music teacher, having
graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of
Arts in Music Education (organ). Also, Dawn currently teaches
private piano and voice lessons at the “Rock N Music Academy” in
Middletown, NJ, and is a member of the Monmouth County American
Guild of Organists.
Personally, Dawn is a delightful person with such
enthusiasms for music and people. She lights up the room and we
know you are going to love her as much as the committee does.
So please, when you see Dawn, let her know that she “is a
stranger here but once” and encourage her in her music ministry
at Osceola.
